Returns on physical merchandise are accepted for 30 days from date of receipt when a Return Merchandise Authorization number is obtained. Items must be in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will collected on each returned item. No returns are accepted on physical items after 30 days. Returns on digital merchandise, including software and membership accounts, are not accepted for returns or refunds.
